About the role:
Lead complex litigation before tribunals and courts (including the Supreme Court and NCAT)
Manage legal investigations into unauthorised or misleading conduct
Draft legal documents, prepare court submissions, and oversee witness coordination
Provide legal advice and take instructions from governing committees
Supervise and mentor a team of junior litigation staff
The ideal candidate:
Admitted Australian Lawyer with a current practising certificate
Extensive litigation experience across various courts and tribunals
Proven leadership and team supervision experience
Demonstrated knowledge of legal regulatory frameworks and natural justice principles
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent judgment
Ability to manage complex case files and competing priorities in a busy legal environment
Committed to high ethical standards and continuous legal education
